What is Group Power?
It’s a full-body strength training workout that combines traditional barbell lifts with functional exercises. Designed for all levels, it builds muscle, improves mobility, and boosts endurance in 10, 30, or 60 minutes.
Do I need experience with weights?
Nope. Group Power is made for every level. Certified coaches offer modifications and progressions so you can build strength at your pace—safely.
What equipment do I need?
You’ll ideally use a barbell with weight plates and a step. But you can also follow along with dumbbells or bodyweight modifications.
How does the free trial work?

How often should I do Group Power?
