Do I need to be an athlete to do this workout?

Not at all. ATHLETE30 is designed for anyone ready to regain their edge. Modifications are built in so you can progress safely at your own level.

What equipment do I need?

For the new ATHLETE30, you'll need a ViPR Pro®, step, and dumbbells, but some options require little to no equipment! Some programs use an adjustable barbell, dumbbells, or a step, but modifications are always available so you can work with what you have at home.

Is 30 minutes really enough for a full workout?

Yes. Each session is packed with explosive, time-efficient intervals to deliver strength, cardio, and agility in just 30 minutes.
