How does the 28-Day Challenge work?
The challenge consists of 4 weeks, with each week having 5 days of workouts or recoveries.
We've also included some of our most pertinent education to give you insight and motivation on how to make strength training part of a healthy habit.
We'll guide you through every step of the process - including 10-minuute, 30-minute, and 60-minute workouts, a barbell technique video, and daily motivation!
What workouts will I do?
Your 28 days will include Group Power, our signature strength training program, and also Group Core, a functional strength, stability, and mobility workout. Some workouts are 30 minutes and some are 60.
Some days, though, you’ll have options to take a walk, watch educational videos (we’ll provide!), and enjoy guided recovery.
Do I need experience lifting weights?
No, these workouts are for every level, whether this is the first or five-hundredth time you’ve picked up a barbell.
Is there a cost to the challenge?
No. To sign-up and participate in the GET STRONG: 28-Day Challenge is completely free.
We're confident that you'll love your results so much (and love the MOSSA workouts), that you'll want to become a subscriber to MOSSA On Demand.
What are my options after the 28-Day Challenge?
After the 28 days, your free access to the MOSSA On Demand library will expire.
If you want to continue moving with MOSSA workouts, you'll be able to start a 14-day free trial (credit card required).
And if you do decide to remain a subscriber after the free trial, the cost is either $14.99 per month (paid annually) or $24.99 per month (paid monthly).
Can I get extra coaching from MOSSA?
As part of the GET STRONG 28-Day Challenge, we've launched a new channel on our in-app Community, specifically for people going through the challenge. You can ask questions, share your success, and connect with the MOSSA team and other subscribers from around the globe.
