How does the 28-Day Challenge work?
The challenge includes 4 weeks, each with 5 days of workouts or recovery sessions.
You'll also receive educational videos to help you better understand strength training and build healthy habits.
We'll guide you through every step with 10-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute workouts, a technique video, and daily motivation.
What workouts will I do?
Your 28 days will include Group Power, our signature strength training program, plus Group Core, a functional workout focused on strength, stability, and mobility.
Workouts range from 30 to 60 minutes.
Some days also include walking, educational videos, or guided recovery sessions.
What equipment will I need?
For the full challenge experience, you’ll want an adjustable barbell and a step.
The adjustable barbell allows you to increase or decrease weight for different exercises and muscle groups.
The step acts as a workout bench and supports a variety of strength and mobility movements.
Don’t have a barbell? Dumbbells work too.
What recovery sessions will I do?
Your 4-week plan includes recovery sessions designed to help you feel better, move better, and stay ready for your next workout.
Throughout the challenge, you’ll also have access to Group Centergy and TLC Sessions led by physical therapist Dr. Lauren Polivka.
Do I need experience lifting weights?
No. These workouts are designed for all fitness levels — whether it’s your first or five-hundredth time picking up a barbell.
Is there a cost to the challenge?
No. The GET STRONG: 28-Day Challenge is completely free.

What happens after the challenge?
When the 28 days end, your free access expires.
