How does the 28-Day Challenge work?

The challenge includes 4 weeks, each with 5 days of workouts or recovery sessions.


You'll also receive educational videos ot help you understand strength training and build healthy habits.


We'll guide you through every step of the process - including 10-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute workouts, a barbell technique video, and daily motivation!

What workouts will I do?

Your 28 days will include Group Power, our signature strength training program, and also Group Core, a functional strength, stability, and mobility workout. Some workouts are 30 minutes and some are 60.


Some days, though, you’ll have options to take a walk, watch educational videos, or enjoy guided recovery.

What equipment will I need?

For the challenge, you'll need an adjustable barbell and step.


The adjustable barbell allows you to vary weights for different major muscle groups (we'll talk more about that in your Day 1 welcome videos). And with additional plates available, can increase weight to 120 lbs.


The step is used as our workout bench and adds challenges for various work - lunges, more leg work, dynamic push-ups, even core work.

P/S - If you don't have an adjustable barbell, you can use dumbbells.

What recovery sessions will I do?

We've organized your 4 weeks to include recovery sessions to make sure you feel great and are ready for your next workout.


Throughout the 28-Day Challenge, you'll have options to experience our mind-body program Group Centergy (10 minute and 30 minute options) as well as our TLC Sessions, led by Physical Therapist, Dr. Lauren Polivka.

Do I need experience lifting weights?

No, these workouts are for all fitness levels, whether this is the first or five-hundredth time you’ve picked up a barbell.

Is there a cost to the challenge?

No. The entire GET STRONG: 28-Day Challenge is completely free.

What happens after the challenge?

When the 28 days end, your free access expires.


If you want to continue, you can start a 14-day free trial (credit card required).
