No. You're good! However, if you do have weights, you’ll be able to select Group Power, our strength training workout, when that option is available. For those without equipment, a different program will be offered on that day. If you’re interested in purchasing a weight set, a step, dumbbells, visit the MOSSA Store.
That’s perfect. We created 10-minute workouts to help people – new and renewed exercisers, in particular – feel successful. But they’re also great for experienced exercisers who are time-crunched or want to try a new style of exercise.
Yes! It’s enough to get into your movement groove, to familiarize your body with new movements, to break a sweat, to wake up, or even to wind down at the end of the day! We think 10 minutes is the perfect gateway workout, because once you feel confident with one 10-minute workout, maybe you’ll try another style, or stack a couple together, or move on to a 30-minute or 60-minute workout!
First, celebrate! You did it! You tried new things and stuck to a plan. And we hope you discovered something (or several somethings) you can see yourself doing in the future. So here’s what we’ll do: we’ll send an offer for an extended free trial of MOSSA On Demand, our library of workouts and recoveries. You’ll see your familiar 10-minute workouts, but also 30-minute, and 60-minute versions, for whenever you’re ready.
After you've completed the challenge, we'll invite you to unlock all of the MOSSA On Demand workouts and work-ins. We'll provide you with a code for special access and you can try the 30-minute and 60-minute versions of our programs. If you choose to continue with MOSSA On Demand, it's only $14.99 per month.
