What is Group Active?
It’s a complete fitness class that blends strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility in one effective workout—suitable for any fitness level.
Is it beginner friendly?
Yes. Group Active is built for all fitness levels, with modifications for every move. It’s perfect if you’re just starting out or getting back into a routine.
How long are the sessions?
Each workout is 60 minutes, giving you a complete, full-body session in one go.
Do I need equipment?
Group Active uses a step platform and dumbbells, but many other workouts require little to no equipment! Some programs use an adjustable barbell, dumbbells, or a step, but modifications are always available so you can work with what you have at home.
Will it help with flexibility or balance?
Yes! Each session includes movement patterns designed to improve mobility, coordination, and control.
